Scripture for the Day Nov 26th 2020: His Word and Your Giving of Thanks
One verse that keeps coming to my mind for Thanksgiving 2020 is Psalm 46:10:
Psalms 46:10
“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”
Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving with family, friends, or alone, God calls us to spend time with Him. What a greater occasion than today to give Thanks to the LORD for who He is, for what He has done, for the promises He made in His Word, ready for us to claim... for the Blessings, for our spouse, children, friends, and our faith.
Take some time-out today and reflect on the beauty of His word. Bow your heart and pray with me Psalm 111.
Give thanks to all and for everything that God puts in your spirit.
May you be blessed today and always.
