What gives? You cant chastise your lazy employs Granted the sign may have been just aa touch too much, BUT a business can not run if it can't get dependable workers that show up on time on a regular basis!  I'M old school, I would hate to attempt to count the LAZY workers I have #FIRED for being habitually late, or doing sloppy work!
